Savory cheese and cottage cheese muffins

My family really loves these muffins with sweet tea, and they are also very tasty with broth, and they simply fly away instantly.

Ингредиенты

Flour - 1 glass;

Cottage cheese - 300 grams;

Cheese - 30-40 grams;

Frozen spinach - 2 balls (30 grams);

Margarine or butter - 30 grams;

Cherry tomatoes - 6 pcs;

Egg - 1 pc;

Spiced salt - to taste;

Baking powder - half a teaspoon.

Рецепт

1. Place cottage cheese, flour with baking powder, and three cheeses in a bowl.

2. Melt margarine (butter) with spinach in the microwave, about a minute.

3. Pour melted margarine and spinach into flour with cottage cheese and cheese, beat in an egg, add spicy salt, mix well.

4. Make balls from the curd and cheese mass and place them in molds (if you have iron molds, grease them with butter or margarine). Cut the cherry tomatoes into circles and place them into balls. Place the savory muffins in a preheated oven at 180 C for 40 minutes.

5. Curd and cheese muffins are ready. Bon appetit!
