Green onions - 0.5 bunch

Flour - 30-60 g (as much as it takes)

Рецепт

1. Wash the buckwheat several times until the water remains clear. Cook the cereal in salted water for 10-15 minutes until cooked. You can easily use yesterday’s porridge.

2. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Chop green onions.

3. Mix eggs, sour cream and salt.

4. Whisk until smooth.

5. Add boiled buckwheat porridge, most of the green onions and cheese to the eggs. Stir until smooth.

6. If the dough is not too viscous, you can add a little flour at this stage.

7. Stir the mass until smooth - the viscous dough for pancakes is ready.

8. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Place a tablespoon of dough there, forming pancakes.

9. Fry the pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden.

10. Buckwheat pancakes with green onions and cheese are ready.

11. Sprinkle them with green onions and serve with sour cream.
