Omelette with meatballs

A very appetizing, slightly unusual and satisfying omelette with meatballs can be prepared, spending very little time and ingredients.

Ингредиенты

Meat (pork) or minced meat - 200 g

Eggs category C1 - 4 pcs.

Milk - 100 ml

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons

Ground black pepper - to taste

Salt - to taste

Рецепт

1. Pass a piece of meat through a meat grinder (or take ready-made minced meat). Pepper and salt the minced meat to taste.

2. Beat eggs into a bowl and add a pinch of salt.

3. Pour in milk.

4. It is best to beat eggs with milk with a mixer: it will turn out faster and with better quality.

5. Add one tablespoon of the omelette mixture to the minced meat and mix. With wet hands, form the minced meat into meatballs. I got 7 meatballs with a diameter of 5-6 cm.

6. Heat vegetable oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan and place the meatballs there.

7. Fill the meatballs with the omelette mixture almost to the very top.

8. Place the saucepan on the lowest heat, cover with a lid and cook the omelette with meatballs for 15 minutes until the eggs are set.

9. Place a delicious omelette with meatballs on a plate. When the omelette has cooled a little, you can even easily cut it into portions (like a pie).
