Turkey fillet - 300 g

Red bell pepper – 215 g

Carrots – 100 g

Onion – 100 g

Vegetable oil – 30 ml

Salt - 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)

Ground black pepper - a pinch

Ground turmeric - 0.25 teaspoon

1. You will also need 250 ml of boiling water. Turkey fillet can be replaced with any meat part of the bird. Select the composition and quantity of spices and spices at your discretion.

2. Rinse the turkey fillet and dry it with a paper towel, cut into small pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and add poultry meat.

3. Fry over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

4. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Fry with turkey for about a minute over high heat.

5. Peel the carrots, cut into small cubes, add to the rest of the ingredients. Fry for 2-3 minutes over medium heat, stirring.

6. Peel the sweet pepper from seeds and stalks, cut into small cubes, and place in a frying pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring.

7. Rinse the bulgur and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Stirring, fry for a couple of minutes.

8. Add salt, ground pepper and turmeric to taste. Stir.

9. Pour in boiling water (250 ml). Stir and bring to a boil.

10. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes, until the bulgur is cooked and water has been absorbed.

11. Bulgur with turkey, in a frying pan, ready. Serve immediately.
