Potato boats with filling - beautiful presentation and affordable products.

For the filling we use minced chicken and the remaining potato pulp from forming the boats. To prevent the filling from being too dry, add sour cream and butter, and garlic for flavor. Grated cheese will complete the dish.

Potatoes - 585 g (5 pieces)

Minced chicken - 200 g

Sour cream 10% fat - 50 g

Garlic – 3 g (2 cloves)

Butter - 50 g

Hard cheese (grated) - 50 g

Salt - to taste

1. Sour cream is suitable for any fat content. Adjust the amount of garlic and spices to taste.

2. Rinse medium-sized potato tubers well with the hard side of a kitchen sponge. Fill the potatoes in a saucepan with water. Bring to a boil, add salt (a pinch). Cook for 15-20 minutes, until almost done. The potatoes should not be overcooked.

3. Drain the water from the potatoes and cool until warm. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.

4. Grind the peeled garlic on a fine grater. Add to minced chicken. Stir.

5. Add sour cream and salt (1/4 teaspoon). Mix well

6. Peel the cooled potatoes if desired. Cut each one in half.

7. Carefully remove the center with a spoon, forming boat-shaped indentations.

8. Grate the extracted pulp and add to the minced meat.

9. Mix everything well.

10. Fill the boats with filling.

11. Make a small depression in the filling and place a piece of butter.

12. Place the filled potato boats into a baking dish lined with parchment.

13. Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Then take out the form.

14. Sprinkle the boats with grated cheese.

15. And return to the oven for 5-10 minutes at the same temperature so that the cheese melts.

16. Potato boats with minced meat and cheese are ready in the oven. Place on a platter and serve immediately.
